It's official it has been one month since my surgery, October 18, 2012!!!! I go for my first fill on November 28, I'm a little scared and anxious at the same time.... I have not been on a scale since I went in for a follow up a week after my surgery. Should I be concerned if I've gained weight, I feel as though I have lost a few more pounds.... I still have some discomfort where my port is...

I just had my 3rd fill. Down almost 40#. Surgery 9/20. My second fill was awesome and restriction lasted 2 wks. My .3rd was a small fill and didn't do much. I have 5.5 in my 10cc band. Going to call today for another small fill. Good luck ladies

Hey how did your fill go and what are you eating?

I really didn't have any restrictions, oddly I didn't start to feel restriction til the last few days. I can really tell I have a fill now. I was filled 12/6, I can only eat maybe 15-25 bites. Please remember to chew chew. I'm averaging 2.5-3 lbs a week of losing weight. I ate over 3 hours ago and I'm still full. And remember 5-8 glasses of Water.
