Muscle Spasms Post Op...

I had my surgery yesterday 11/13. I am home today and had a painful bout of muscle spasms in my right side. Last about 10 minutes but was pretty painful. Any suggestions on keeping this from happening again?! Is this normal?

I never had them, but that doesn't mean it isn't normal. If it continues call the doctor!

I was banded Monday. I had them yesterday I had them in my left side. Especially when I layed down. I tried laying on my side and it helped. Plus sitting up more helped. I have to say I slept a lot better in the hospital bed than I do at home!!!
