Are you taking small sips or gulps? It might be gas also, after I drink I walk around the house to lose the bloated feeling and it goes away. Btw I'm 6 days post.

Ugh. Maybe I'm drinking to fast. I'm 3 weeks post op. :)

I also had trouble getting used to small drinks instead of large gulps so I bought a sippy cup to train myself. :)

It really did help I also bought the toddler dish with the little spoon and fork. I felt silly at first being so large with tiny silverware but it really helped with portion control and the size of bites I was taking because not much fits on a baby spoon!!

Also Gas-x helps with bloating. this gets better over time but in the beginning mine was really bad. Learning to eat and drink takes time.
