Satisfied Vs Full

I think my biggest learning curve to date (surgery Sept 17th), is trying to differenciate between satisfied and full. I think that for the last 40ish years I have always ate til full, so learning what satisfied feels like. I try to stick with a cup of food, wait and hope to be satisfied. In speaking to friends and family, not many know the difference.

Wow, runny nose?! Huh, who would have thought that.

If I don't take the time to eat slow I get a really bad runny nose and that's my que that I have to stop or I will be making a trip to the restroom.
