Four Month Check In....

I had my Surgery 7/27/2012 and I am down 36lbs from my starting weight of 292. I was a little worried when I first got the band that it wasnt going to work for me, but it is doing its job! I am feeling much better about myself and am looking forward to the next 36lbs coming off. I lost about 20lbs during the pre-surgery diet and have been on a 4-6lbs/month loss since. I am at 255 this morning and wearing jeans I havent been able to fit into for about four or five years.... overall very please with my decision and the results....
