I think what you mentioned should be a pre -requisite to ANY serious diet. It works expotentially!

I just do not add it when I have a choice. Like I choose sugar free syrup, jelly, popsicles etc.....

Oops cut yogurt aldo?

Sorry :)

Use Stevia (not from Walmart) but from a health food store only if you want to sweeten things. It is natural. Comes in Liquid in which you use just a few drops or little packets also! Again..has to come from a health food store,,,anywhere else it is chemically modified sweetners such as splenda, sun crystals etc which are not good for you, they are low in calories but actually make you crave more sugar.

I am not a fan of oatmeal unless its a cookie which defeats the whole sugar thing....LOL so I can't help you there... But I eat starch at every meal...equal to 1/4 c. If its bread its whole wheat only. I havent had white bread in 23 months, I do miss that. ;)
