Not that I feel bad but I know as I was stuck in my house for days while Sandy made her way through my area I ate way too much. I did eat protein snacks and tried to take caution to the wind (no fun intended) but I ate alot and was unable to work out and unable to leave my house which left me stagnent on the couch and looking out the windows. Looking to detox this week and get some of this crap filtered out of my body but just wanted to let everyone know that we can slip up and fall off and it doesn't mean our journey is over and I am excited and confident to post pictures in 30 days for my 120 day post op pictures
