Could be water weight. Especially if the chix was salty.

Be kind to yourself, you can do it.

If it's one thing I've learned in the past 6 months is that stressing over less than 5 lbs gets me nowhere. There are so many things that play into your daily weight that are beyond your doings; hormonal, water weight, etc. It feels SO good to be losing weight every day since we're working so hard for it, to see the scale go back up can be heartbreaking. Just keep following the guidelines and doing what you're doing. Your body will get used to it and cooperate eventually!

Halloween will be a new and special holiday for you now. You doc will weigh you most likely b4 surgery, and if it was a prob, you'll be told. But my guess is you will be fine and that 2.5 will be just a memory by 11/1!!

Oh I am so jealous. I was scheduled for 10/30, but insurance is holding up wanting a certain certification from the hospital. Now I'm hoping for November. So I can relate, trying to stay on tge preop diet for a loooong time.

Im sure you will be fine and your weight is fluctuating. This preop diet is killer.

Girls girls just take it one day at a time and be good to urself. I'm starting my liquid diet tomorrow in preparation of my 11/14 band date. And i have lost 10 lbs and have gained 5 lbs so now i have to work harder. Plus my insurance has NO weight loss mandatory . U girls r right there. So slow and steady
