Wgbem, are you adding extra food or shakes when you exercise? Exercising actually adds to the total number of calories you should consume. A banana, some Peanut Butter with 1/2 apple is good too. Just something for the energy to be pulled from. :-)

Well I'm bearly starting to eat foods my Dr gave me the go ahead since I was doing good but ill try to start bananas can I make my protine shake with juice instead of milk??

That is the problem I am having. Some of our friends on this board discussed me not taking in enough calories. I get about 900 daily and add exercise and it is less. I am going to increase my intake a bit and see how that works.

Ill try that thank you. I go for my first fill on saturday im nervous but excited to see if that will jump start the weight loss again!
