I just got my I band on October 19 does any one know how much weight I should loose in the first year??

Im much better than the first 4 days..on day 6..sounds like you need more water! Tmrrw will be one week but Im not ready to go back to work..still very swollen..when did you have surgery?

Oct 19 for the most part I've been ok swelling went down by 5th day I need more water I'm just so use to gulping down litters its hard to sip I get fustrated did Ur taste buds change?? What about menstrual??

Hi, I wish my swelling wld go down. Today is one week! I had my cycle on the day of surgery..that sucked. I havnt noticed any major changes in taste..yet. I dont think Im ready to go back to work..I have a physical job..when did you or are you going back?

I couldn't go back till about a week later but I got madd and quit I was gonna quit anyway but that lady tic me off I start my new job 11/05 I'd give ot two weeks I still get tired and if I over do it yikes no good I get very clamy iky I had a friend go back with in 4 days but she was a dispatcher!!

Omg my mense started two weeks before surgery and since surgery still going strong it is bad yesterday I chged cloths four times!! Sorry I know Tmi but I'm glad I'm going to Dr tomorrow for my post op appointment
