Feeling The Stoma

I know some bandsters who say they can feel foods and drinks passing through their stoma. Is that normal?

Granted I'm only 3 days post-surgery, but I haven't felt anything go through.

    i can feel liquid pass down my throat and if a piece of food is alittle large, i can feel it

    not much different (in my opinion) then it ever was
