Chiropractor Post Op

Do any of you see a chiropractor? How long did you wait after surgery to go? My back is killing me and would love to go get adjusted, but I don't if all that twisting and pushing is a bad idea. I will prob call the surgeons office today.

I waited a couple weeks. My chiropractor did a more gentle adjustment the first time, and after that, it was back to normal.

I have a rupture disc in L5 and tail bone and it really got mad the week after surgery but once I had a BM it was much better seems that there was a lot of gas sqeaming to be released. Try laxitive. gas x and heating pad first call doctor for advise after that.

My surgeon asked me to wait 6 weeks. I have had thoracic back pain since surgery, and am waiting very impatiently to see my chiropractor...about 2 more weeks now. The back pain really gets to me when I am working, so I can hardly wait to see him!
