My First Fill

So im waiting in the doc office for my first fill. Im down from 227 to 200 in 4 wks. Kinda nervous about this needle im sitting by!

    great job on the weight loss the fill will help you even more. as you lose weight on the outside you also loss on the inside the band so you need this to keep going. bit te bullet its not bad just now fun.
