Help!

I was banded on the 10th and had been feeling really good. The last couple of days I feel like I have a band around my chest and its very hard to eat or drink anything. I have been eating soups, yogurt, applesauce, mashed potatoes and such. Reheat is the deal?

Sounds like maybe you ate to fast or a little to big a bite and aggrevated your tummy, or maybe something you ate isn't tolerated any more. I'd go back to full fluids for a day. If you can't drink at all, call your Dr pronto. That's one of the reasons for journaling, maybe you see a pattern with a certain food.

My Dr doesn't allow applesauce or mash potatoes for 30 days. But all Drs are different.

Call your Dr if this persist.

Good luck!

I was still on full liquids day 11. Personally I would back off "mushies" such as yogurt, mash potatos and applesauce. Too soon. Just my experience. I could not have yogurt until day 15.

couldnt do pots they always made me feel like that.
