Cravings

I was banded on 10/9/12....I started the full liquid b4 surgery no prob but now almost a week after I have cravings for fast food(mind u b4 surgery I hadn't eaten fast food in months)....anyone have any suggestions on what I should do?....so far since surgery I've lost 10 lbs....
