as far as does it work, yes, it does.

its not a miracle cure all though.

You can watch youtube for info also. From what I have saw if you do as your dr.s say, eat right and work out you will lose.

I have not had any surgery yet but I hope to do so by the middle of 2013.

By asking questions and listening to the surgeons, this will give you plenty of information hands on. If you are just curious, you can read through the threads on this forum of what people are saying about it, looking at their weight loss history, journey, etc. You can also 'google' lapband surgery. There is so much knowledge out there about it..

Yes, do the lap band really work

If you work with the band it will work with you. I have lost 210 lbs in 23 months thanks to the band and my determination to succeed by eating correct portions, making healthy choices and changing my lifestyle all togeher.

The band helps you feel full with smaller portions. You have to choose healthy food and you have to exercise. When you follow the rules the band does its job! I have lost 58 lbs in 4 months.

yes it does no one cant eat this anount for food without it that is why we are where we are. If you do the work with the band you will have more success then you ever have on any diet b4. Do it nothing to loss but weight.
