Okay guys...its that time!!! I could not sleep last night just thinking about surgery. I should hear by 10am what time I have to be at the hospital tomorrow. Now im so nervous I cant think straight. All I can think about are the things that could go wrong...before and after surgery. I keep asking myself if im making the right choice. Which I know I am doing the right thing. I know that this is the begining of my new life. Is this normal to feel this way? Or is it a sign? Thanks for letting shar emy fear.

You will do good on your surgery and a new You will appear on the other side. Look at the tickers on the posters, WE are all losing weight together. You can also do it by following your doctor's orders and understanding how to eat for future weight loss and good health. It's now about You!

same with me also! i have surgery tomorrow in the morning. the surgery is not until 8:30am but they want me to be there at 6:30 am, lawd! lol and i couldnt sleep last night, but im more excited than nervous tho! n i have never been hospitalize for any in my life, so im pretty darn nervous on that part but im just excitied to get this over with to begin my new life, as healthy n skinny o' me!!! lol n to get off the smoothies, they r pretty good but im just sick of them!!!

I am feeling allllllll those same feelings. BUT~~~I did watch tons of youtube videos last night with folks who have had GREAT success with their band...So....this was such an encouragement!

We are going to do WELLLLL!!!! Don't worry..Yeah....easier said than done! But~~~I will check on you from my hospital room...or either from my house when I get home! We CAN do this!!!!

How was surgery? I did pretty good with mines. Home already walking and laying on the couch. Hope all is well!!!
