How many calories are you eating now? I love dinner so I drink a protein shake for breakfast and lunch. Work keeps me supppper busy and dinner is where I can eat with my family. If I get hungry and want a small snack I eat yogurt. It's about 1k per day depending on dinner

THANK YOU!

I just posted this question on a new thread! I'm 4 days out and on the purée liquid diet and am consuming only 500-600 a day!

I'm gonna add you to my fitness pal. My user is micheleost.

During healing your supposed to concentrate on liquids not getting calories. It will be wks later that you count calories and by then you wish you were losing weight like u did in the beginning
