Pain In Breastbone

Had my surgery 9/20

Started soft food last Thursday

Had tuna for lunch but now t have pain in my band area and did not eat dinner

Now I'm worried

Can too much physical activity hurt my band only 3 weeks after surgery?

I did not lift anything

Only heavy house cleaning like scrubbing floors.

Maybe I ate lunch too fast?

I know I'm a worry wart but I'm a self pay and don't have extra money if something goes wrong !

Any thoughts?

u might of over done it with house cleaning, this is a time for u stomach to heal and u need to take it easy

I doubt anything ripped! The muscles and tissue is healing and you probably stretched them a bit further. Also depending on how large your tummy is now, when you bend over or move a certain way the weight of the tummy will sometimes cause a burning or sharp pain sensation. I'm speaking from experience in the tummy department! Just take it easy. Make sure you are also sitting down slow and getting up slow. Good luck the recovery time is quick.
