What helps the most as far as the gas and being confirmable in bed Etc.??

You should definitely have on hand Gas X strips or chewables and a good heating pad. Those helped me the most. I'm only 4 weeks out of surgery.

Shira, how's the weight loss so far?

Thanks!!!

Pretty good- 26 total. Only 7 of that is post-op but not complaining at all!! Grateful for every pound I say goodbye to. Getting my first fill on Wednesday.

Walking helped me the most, every chance you can just walk even if its a couple times around your house every hour.
