I just purchased a Syntha 6 Vanilla ice cream protein shake & I did not like it at all I'm having such a hard time finding one that I can drink without having to gag or anything can I have some suggestions?

Carol the one I tasted has 25g of protein too & Nancy you should definitely do that save yourself some time & money in the long run!

My nutritionist recommended I get Isopure...I was thinking of going to GNC today to pick it up...I didn't know if you don't like it you can actually return it? That's pretty cool...what are you guys mixing your protein powder with??

I like the Isopure drinks-you can get Zero Carb versions with 60 calories and 15 g. of protein in small ready to drink bottles or larger bottles with 160 calories. I bought them at GNC and Meijers.

When I use protein in powder form, I mix with Lactaid milk. I cannot drink regular. I use a Blender Bottle with a mixing disc in it and it makes the shakes frothy-like a milkshake!

I like the taste of Unjury. They sell sample packets on line. Best taste I have found. But keep watch on the carbs in whatever you choose.!
