Im Jamia

Hi!!!! My name is Jamia and I am 22 years old, mother of three(four if u count my hubby ;) ). I went to the weight loss seminar back in February and weighed in at 235.4 and I am 5 ft 4ish. My insurance required me to so a three month documented diet with a dietitian but it ended up being four months since I had a slip up and gained some weight between one of my visits. Long story short, I got approved and I am on day 5 of my pre op diet and my surgery date is set for the 12th of October!!!
