Mine is on the 22nd. I am 90% excited and 10% nerves. I am trying to prepare mentally. I was a track runner long ago. I used to feel like this the night before a big race. I prayed and visualize. When my race was over, coach took us out to eat. No matter if I won or lost, coach was proud of me.

So I'm thinking of it in the say way.

Im the 22nd too....Im am not the least bit nervous about the surgery...more so the worry of my kids to fend for themselves during my recovery time...just so happy to get on with it...been a long time coming. Good luck to both of you as well :)

Good luck to you all!! The nerves are totally normal. I had to stop and remind myself over and over why I was doing this. So far, so good!
