Ok Day Three.

My husband went back to work today so I'm on my own. I went to HEB. It was a very long trip for peppermint tea. But the nurse said it would help with digestion and gas. I'm going to find out now.

I drank peppermint tea my first 3-4 days and took lots of gasx, heating pad and lots of walking. I didn't have gas pains (I did have lots of farting and burping the first 2 weeks) until day 8 under my shoulder blade for about 6hrs and day 16, yesterday near my shoulder, neck for a few hours. Not sure if it really worked or not, but I did everything I knew to prevent it.

Hang in there! It will get better :)
