It is OK this time you can be successful.....

Start changing one thing at a time write down everything you

Put in your mouth and show your journal to your weight loss professionals

They can help you get back on the right road. Good luck!

The nice thing is you already have the band. Just start now doing the things you didn't do before, like going to see your dr. I am going to support groups that are sometimes dumb but still help keep me on track so look for something like that... just because you didn't get there before doesn't mean you can't get there now. You can. Start tracking calories, start eating again like you're banded (1 cup of food, not drinking at meals, etc.) and so on. You can do this!!

thank you all for the words of encouragement I'm going to make my doctor's appointment tomorrow and start this journey

Please do it! I got banded back on 02/2008, got one fill and then never again went back to see my doctor. I lost 70 pounds, but never reach my goal weight. Two months ago, I got tired of being fat (I gained about 40 pounds). I made an appointment with my doctor to get the fiill, unfotunately my band slipped, so I went through pretty much the entire process again (surgery) to fixed it. But, I'm so happy!!!

I know that this time around, I'll do it better. I am more mature, I know what didn't work last time, I know more about nutritions and healthy food choices. I am ready to do this, and you're too!!!
