  3. in the beginning I did very well eating healthy and avoiding sweets I was just too scared to try my old habits until 1 day my cousin who had the gastric bypass told me that she be eating sneakers and that just opened up a can of worms for me because I was like wow if she can eat that what can eat
  4. hello everybody I am a newbie to this site I got my lap band on in August 08 I've been doing really well for the first 2 years now everything has fallen down hill I've gained 30 pounds that never reached my gold I feel like I'm abusing my band haven't seen my doctor and over again I'm just really stressed basically I'm ready to start over again and I'm here for support
