5 Days Post Op...

I'm having trouble getting my protein. I can maybe stomach 12 ounces of protein shake in a day. Maybe two bottles of water... I just took my vitamins, which are chewable, and the chewing was making me extremely nauseous. I'm not in any pain- just worried I'm not taking in enough. Am I normal? Lol

You are totally normal. Our inside are still so swollen so soon after surgery so it makes it hard to drink. I am almost a month out and I am finally able to drink the adequate amount of Fluid that I am supposed it. Take it slow & it will get better over time.

Starting weight: 264.5 Current weight 252.6 Goal weight 160

I was the same the week after surgery. I called my clinic and they said not to worry about it right now. Just stay hydrated and eat what you can and walk.
