I tend to eat a lot of Lean Cuisines and Weight Watchers frozen meals for lunch. They're the perfect serving size, low calorie and fat, and there's a very wide variety to choose from. Plus, it's quick and easy.

what stage of the diet are you in? mushies, liquid, full food?

I sometimes take rice cake thins with thin slices of turkey and put on some veggies like red onions/pickles/peppers/cucumbers etc. I measure out 8 ounces of that and have that for a meal. It's got a lot of protein and minimal carbs (especially in comparison to putting it in a roll/pita/bun/bagel etc.)

Monday = Cottage cheese and pears

Tuesday = chef salad with egg and cheese (fat free ranch dressing)

Wednesday = chicken salad

Thursday = cheese and whole wheat crackers

Friday = tossed salad with tuna

I'm in mushy.forgot to post that lol

Chicken salad, tuna, ground turkey or chicken meat, eggs, Cheerios, Greek yogurt, turkey or chicken w gravy, ricotta w spinach. Hope this helps

I was sick of always having the same meals so I did some googling for low carb, protein recipes, sifted through a lot if them, printed the ones I liked and made up my own recipe folder. Some of them have all the nutritional info on them which really helps. Got lots of refreshing lunch ideas that can even be taken to work prepared the night before.
