go to dr, ask for small unfill?

Time to see you dr and discuss with him/her your options. Maybe you need a a little Fluid removed. Maybe there is a more serious problem. Do not wait...call and get some relief!! Although I will

I'm in the same boat as you, but I think it's because of the weather change. In in Maryland, and fall has started. I think the cooler temperatures are the culprit. I'm just taking it a lot slower,

So, I'm coming up on my one year bandiversary in a few weeks, so I am not new to this. I've lost 81lbs that I am very proud of. =) For the last few days I have been getting stuck every single meal. I try veggies, fruit, protein, salad, soup even! Nothing wants to go down. So, I got desperate and tried something last night that I NEVER eat. Pizza. Of course it goes down quite easily and I am able to sleep after getting a little food in me. I wake up feeling very yucky this morning, of course, and the problem starts all over again. Oatmeal: stuck. Eggs: stuck. Chicken: stuck. A friend goes to McDonalds for lunch, which I also NEVER eat, and I ask him to get me a cheeseburger. I have finished about half and my body is happy that I have food in me, but I still feel very yucky. I haven't had the problem of getting stuck in forever. Not at all since my last fill, which was over 2 months ago. Even then, if something felt like it might I know to slow down and chew more, etc. I can usually catch it before it happens. These last 2 days have been horrible. I don't know what to do...
