Was banded on 9/12 I started on mushy yesterday which consists of protein shakes, cottage cheese, yogurt, mashed potatoes, sf pudding, blended soups....today I had two protein shakes, two 1/2 cups of cottage cheese, sf ice pop and yogurt....the problem is I am hungry!!! My band is not filled yet so I have no restriction I am getting 1st fill on 10/10 will the hunger go away once I get the fill? Is this normal? I don't want to screw this up...does anyone know how many calaries I should be consuming now at this stage?
