Feeling Down

I have no restriction and have only had one fill. I am down 42 lbs since 7/27, but the past 2 weeks have been hard I have so much going on at once. I am hungry all the time and have not been making some of the best choices. I know it'll get better I am so scared of gaining. Any supportive kind words would be appreciated.

42 lbs is great! good job so far! don't beat yourself up about mistakes and wrong choices food wise, just decide that from now on you will do better! it takes time to start new habits just keep trying!

You are making progress, 42 pounds in two months is awesome! Life is a roller coaster, so we expect to have some bad days. You said that you have only had one fill since July which was probably the end of August. Just know that restriction will come...it may not be on the second fill, but on the third or fourth. Just know that tomorrow is a new start. You are doing great!

I spent 3.5 months in bandster hell and it's no fun. But, to make it easy on myself I ate healthy, but I ate more than the usual 1/2-1 cup per meal. I lost 12 lbs the first 2 weeks and then when I entered BH I didn't gain or lose anything for 3.5 months. Fill #3 gave me some restriction and along with a visit with my dietician I started to lose. So, I didn't suffer or feel deprived those 3.5 months. Just don't eat pizza, ice cream, sugar and stay away from bread as much as possible. I ate fish, chicken, salads, veggies etc. But I ate more than recommended.

Thanks for the encouraging words. I have been craving carbs more and more lately and have had difficulty staying away from it. I get so bored with the protein sometimes. Im going to call my doctor and see if he will do another fill.
