I'm Not Hungry!

Okay, so I've had 4 fills and one unfill (a few months ago). I had my last fill on August 24. Anyhow, I've noticed the last week or two that I am rarely hungry. I only eat when I'm actually hungry. Is this okay? Someone told me that is not a good idea because that will cause me to store fat. Any thoughts and opinions is appreciated.

I only eat when I'm hungry. Just make sure to get your required protein each day.

make sure you are getting your protien and that is about 75 so you need to be carful :)

If your are eating less; that is a good thing..RIGHT ? Make sure when you eat it is protein....don't want your hair to fall out........LOL...........Good Luck

This question comes up all the time and there are always conflicting answers.

The bottom line is that you need to listen to your body, most people got fat by eating for reasons other than hunger. We eat because it is time to eat, or because if we don't eat now we might get hungry later or because it is a celebration and someone puts food in front of us etc.

Who came up with the rules as to when we should and shouldn't eat anyway?

So the answer is yes, eat when you are hungry do not force yourself to eat when you aren't
