How Long?

How long does it take you to drink your protein in the mornings?i am sipping but don't want to over do it..I don't have a full yet so don't get that full feeling and I don't want to push it.

You should be "timing" your "meals"...20 minutes long, and whatever is left is leftover.

I believe Protein shakes are different though...you need the excellent nutrition they provide as you heal post op.

I was told the same as Sojo. 20 minute meals and leave what's left. Also 1 min between bites.

As far as shakes they told me 3-4oz an hour.
