Need Help

I just got a fill two days ago and I am still on liquids. I am on a antibiotic for a bacterial infection. When I take my med. it really makes me feel sick since I don't have real food on my stomach. What can I do to help with not feeling sick? Thanks

Check with your doctor. But I believe most antibiotics should be taken with food. I would take it with a protein shake or at least milk. Good luck.

I agree that taking it with the protein shakes would be best. Most antibiotics definitely need to be taken with food.

Have you tried having some ginger tea or chamomile to try to settle your stomach too? I agree with others though of taking it with some food. Call your doctors office and see what they suggest. I would think a protein shake or some yogurt (which is good to have anyway w/ antibiotics) may help.
