I went to the doctors today and gained 5lbs. That hit me hard like if I was just going to gain it all back:-(

Was it the same time of day? Are you near your period. How much water had you drank? Had you eaten salt. You and only you know if you were following the plan if you were don't sweat it if you weren"t well thats what happens..

then dont gain it back...like maya said, is it that tom? i know i cant gain up to 10 pounds easy

forget about it and just get back on track....(if you are losing inches, and feeling better) alittle setback is nothing

hang in there :)

Thanks ladies,, I'm not sure what was going on but the next day I was down 3lbs. My plan is to go back to the gym, I was working out 6 days a week and went down to 2 or 3. Just need to get back into my old working out frame of mind.
