Hey guys,
Am I the only one that can't seem to visualize myself thin? I look at all these wonderful before & after pictures of people, and I just can't see it. I'm not trying to be negative, but I think since I've been over weight most of my adult life (after 26), I just can't see myself thinner. Is that a bad attitude, or do other people feel that way too? Anyone else out there feel this way?
