Nerves And Off Days...

HI everyone!

Just curious if anyone else has this happen to them....

When my nervous are a little out control I find it so hard to finish any meal at all NO MATTER what it is...

And today is one of those days for me! Ugh!

Im supposed to start W5D1 of C25K tonight...If nothing to fuel my body I dont see how its going to be possible...

Anyone else have the same issue when your nervous of a little bit on edge? I feel like everything sits right in my throat! Crappy feeling...

Yes stress and emotions do make a difference. If you are not feeling the best it might be better to try replacing your meal with a protein shake or some soup - better than struggling and getting stuck.

Stress definitely make my band tighter. On those days I just try to stay hydrated and get in protein shakes. I learned a long time ago to not fight my band . Because it will always win
