I'm Freaking Out!!

I had my first consultation and I feel as I didn't do anything I am having Soooo many thoughts go though my head especially today! I just want to get the show on the road! I need my cardio clearance but my Doctors office can't do it till Friday morning on the up side I lost18 lbs doing a preop diet that I got of the internet!!
