The Waiting Game

I'm enrolled in Tufts "Can Change" program..2 months down! 4 months to go! I graduate the program January 5th, and my surgeon is planning on doing my procedure within a month. I'm so excited for the band! :D I wish this process was faster!! Any advice of stuff I should do while I wait? I've already started looking into different protein shakes and finding recipes for "mushy food".

change the way you and your family eat... add veggies, more protein. start a workout.

I'm doing this same exact program and had the same question! In only 1 month in so my surgery should be in February- I hope it actually happens within a month of completing the program! The waiting period is so hard. Right now in working on giving up diet coke- I was terribly addicted but have been off it since 9-1. I was going to stop drinking with my meals starting 10/1. You are the only person I've heard post about the I can change program besides myself! It doesn't seem very common

In not sure what this program is you are talking about. I've never heard of it.
