Trouble Getting Things Down

I just had me 2nd fill 2 days ago... I been put back on the liquid diet for a few day, I haven't eaten anything yet but I just drank a protein shake and what normally is OK for me to drink in the morning I'm having trouble with.... It gets stuck and it hurts, I don't know if I'm sips that are to big or if it's just tighter... Any suggestions? (apart from taking smaller sips)

After reading many of the posts and talking to the nurse practioners at my clinic...I'm just wodering if you taking too big of sips and if your shake is too thick. I have also read that sometimes "we" can have difficulty with breakfast and that sometimes a couple sips of hot tea/coffee will kinda un-plug whatever is causing the problems. These are just thoughts.

I have been banded 14 months and I have problems in the AM. I drink a large hot tea and that is it. I cannot have food or a shake until mid-morning. my band is just too tight. That may be your problem. Hold off on the AM shakes for a day or two and see if that is the issue. Good luck.

OK I will try that' date=' I'm not really a tea drinker, do you have any suggestions on a good tea?[/quote']

I love the passion fruit or the pomegranate tea by bigelow.

I have some loose tea samples that I can send you from my Tealightful company. Just give me your address and I can mail you a few varieties to see what you like. ;)
