  1. My band holds 7.5cc and when I had my first fill she took 3cc out of it before she even put anything else in to see how much was already in there... I never eat anything in the early morning... I usually rink something hot before I start eating that seems to loosen it up a bit... I have learned my lesson on eating things in the morning... And I think you are ok with the 4cc fill former... You just need to eat slow and remember to chew chew chew...
  2. Does anyone else's band bubble when something goes thru it? It usually happens to me in the morning while I'm drinking my hot tea
  3. O wow, I didn't know you could cook a edd in the microwave lol... I'll have to try that, I'm really burnt out on protein shakes I need something substantial
  4. OK people help me out please.... What are some good breakfast ideas, I'm getting ready to go shopping and have no idea what to get... Something quick and easy, and just for one... I don't have any kids or man to cook for so I find myself eating yogurt alot and I get hungry fast so I need some help here please

  7. OK I will try that, I'm not really a tea drinker, do you have any suggestions on a good tea?
  8. I just had me 2nd fill 2 days ago... I been put back on the liquid diet for a few day, I haven't eaten anything yet but I just drank a protein shake and what normally is OK for me to drink in the morning I'm having trouble with.... It gets stuck and it hurts, I don't know if I'm sips that are to big or if it's just tighter... Any suggestions? (apart from taking smaller sips)
  9. That is very good advise. I am 6 weeks out of surgery and have lost close to 20lbs... Every morning the 1st the that pops into my head is "GET ON THE SCALE!!" I finally had to hide it in the closet...
  10. I am currently taking vitamin c and a muli vitamin... Is there anything else I should be taking?
  11. Haha I LOVE this thread!! I personally don't smoke weed but I do smoke cigarettes, I feel kind of bad because I went thru all the work to get banded (which is suppose to be life changing) but here I am still smoking... Quitting smoking is hard enough and then to throw losing weight into the equation... Talk about impossible (for me anyway)... I say do what you want, as long as you keep your long term goal in mind, there is nothing wrong with picking back up on a few old habits (sporadically).
  12. I am about 4 weeks in, I lost about 10lbs while I was on the liquid diet and now that I'm eating regular food I'm gaining it back, is that normal until I'm filled or am I doing something wrong?
