    I started my liver reduction diet today. Protein shakes aren't too bad and my doc allows me to have 4 - 1oz of protein in addition. I got some string cheese to munch on. I am going through caffeine withdrawl and have a massive headache. Can't wait till that ends. It's amazing how caffeine can effect you. My surgery date is July 12, so I'm looking for a band-buddy! Anybody having surgery July 12th?
