I was wondering if i am allowed to have fresh veggies and fresh fruits can i have special k cereal?

    Jacki, on a previous post you said the list your doctor gave you said you can have fresh fruits * veggies, not cereal.

    If in doubt call your doctor to clarify what he wants you to eat. He gets paid well to answer all your questions.
