Zinc W Copper

My only complaint with this entire thing, I can't take the zinc with copper! Dr has me on lots of vitamins. These are capsule and I stir in soup. It makes me gag!! Trying to see what you guys take for your zinc? Honesty I feel as though I've chewed on a metal pipe all day!!! Any suggestions?

    Hmm... I need to ask about this. Ive only been instructed to take a multivitamin and at six weeks start taking calcium citrate?! I have a followup appt tomorrow... I need to make sure I'm following what's expected of me. :/
