All very tru. The long term reward its worth it. I'm just fighting off terrible tummy aches and being loose, nausea terrible. Hopefully this goes away?

I was extremely nauseous this morning but it went away after a few hours

i am also on day 2 - 4 shakes. Only managed to get 3 in yesterday and just finished my 2nd today. 1 serving of fruit and veggies and that is it. I would kill for a piece of chicken.

Very nauseous yesterday, from the shakes.....taste and smell. Got me some straws and instant coffee and they are a bit better today. Will be tough again to get in 4 of them.

Right now, I have a terrible headache but hopefully that it is part of the process.

Good luck to you

Hey thanks good luck to u. I have been just trying to stay busy and keep my mind off food and watching tv. Too many food adds!! It's so gonna be worth it!!

I can't believe the food ads on television........ i ended up having a 3hr nap today, wondering if that is just due to my decreased calories and getting use to this. Hoping to get out to the gym for something easy tomorrow........not like I am spending time preparing dinner in the evening.
