Pre-Op Diet

How much did you lose on the Pre Op Diet? How much did you exercise? I'm just worried that I won't lose the required weight (10lbs) I'm definitely following the diet (2 shakes, then one meal of 6oz lean meat and 2 cups veggies) but I'm not able to get much exercise other than chasing my almost 3 year old because of my knees!

I don't have a date yet. True Results wanted me to go ahead and start it. I'll know more on Tuesday. But I'm using Dr. Reilly in Houston, Texas.

Oh ok!well congrats!!!mine is sept 12th by dr smith in ft worth!im finding it pretty hard to stick to shakes at times lol!!its good to have people on here to talk to tho!!

I was just banded yesterday by Dr. Fox in Dallas. Doing fine except for the trapped gas from the surgery. It's been brutal.

I lost 14 lbs on my pre-op diet. I was only allowed liquids for 2 weeks. Protein shakes, broth, sf jello and sf Popsicles. Yep...it was hard!!

Drink as much Water as you can. It really does help to curb the hunger. Make sure you drink all your Protein shakes too. The protein keeps the hunger at bay a bit. :)
