Well, I'm just throwing this out there. I wish more people would post their before and after pictures even if you aren't very far along. I'm not proud of how I look right now but let's be real, I got myself here and it's up to me to get myself healthier. I am still pre-surgery but I am vowing right now to post an updated photo of me every month even if I haven't changed much. Who else is up for the challenge?

The before was 2 days before my band in February 2012... The after was today!

I pretty much follow the band rules 98% of the time! Lol

I just had an unfill actually b/c I was getting reflux and getting stuck w/anything.

I have about 5CC in my band, and can eat anything. I bought little 1/2 cup containers to bring to work w/me and thats how I measure my food. I probably should exercise though yo tone up! That's my downfall.
