Hi y'all I am going through Issac and I don't have lights I'm worried about getting enough protein.

dont forget fruits (veggies) you can chop veggies and fruits and put them in baggies (in cooler with ice). and bottled water (and if you have cooler w/ice, you can put in pre made protein drinks or shots. there is always a way to get your protein. be careful :)

Hey guys I made it through we got lights today thank God. I had protein powder with water since the Strom lol I ready for some real food now lol

I lost 8 pounds since the Strom lol that's a good thing that made the 100 pound mark for me since I've got my band 6/5/12 :-) I've want to loose another 100 then I will be happy.
