Hair Loss

I am 3 months post op and have lost 42 pounds. I am very excited about my progress, however I have noticed my hair thinning some. More hair in my brush, more hair in the shower...

Anyone dealing with the same? If so , how are you dealing with it? How quick do you see an improvement?

Thanks!

I haven't yet experienced this (yet) but my mom did, she religiously took multivitamins while get diet was restricted, now she's almost at her goal weight she doesn't have the problem any more as she gets what she needs from her food intake x

I don't (think I) have thinning hair, but have always seemed to lose a lot, especially at my 3 month mark (I'm at 4.5 months). I spoke to my nutritionist about taking Biotin and she said that would be okay. Ask your surgeon or nutritionist if that would be good as well. Also, make sure you're taking your multi-vitamin and anything else they may have recommended you take. Good luck!
