Cardio Vs Weigth Training

Is Cardio a better exercise to loose weigth or weight Training I usually excercise 3 times a week Run 2 miles weigth lifting for about 45 minutes PLEASE HELP

A great weight training / cardio workout is Kettle Bells - it's an Iron ball with a handle & you do swings and all sorts of other exercises. You can get tone and strong. Also, don't underestimate the benefit of push-ups (modified as necessary), lunges, squats, etc - your own body weight provides great resistance for you to build / tone muscle. Muscle takes up less space than fat and continues to burn fat long after you've worked out! Best of luck.
